OUR PHILOSOPHY
Our health is always in flux just like the change in seasons. We have occupational, financial, social, familial commitments that we need to maintain. The key is making short, but regular time for yourself so ‘dis-ease’ does not manifest over time.
Convenience in modern society has far removed us from our essential nature, to be present in the moment, engaging in all our senses. In order to heal, we must first understand the root cause and how our own body works. Healing stems from within us, but we have to invest in the right tools (yukti) to bring balance and wellness.
